Our Staff

 

AR currently has 45 full and part-time employees in our Connecticut  office.  Because of the careful selection of our employees, and the ongoing training and many benefits we offer, we have extremely low staff turnover rates.  In fact, many of our employees have received their 5, 10, or 15-year service awards.  The addition of new employees is generally a result of client growth, new clients or the requirement for a particular skill set.

•  AR has senior executives who have earned the coveted Certified Association Executive (CAE) honor, while many other staff members hold advanced university degrees. 

 

•  Our Meeting Planning Department boasts of three Certified Meeting Professionals (CMPs).

 

•  Our management team works together seamlessly  to provide a level of expertise that is customized for your specific needs. 

 

•  Specialized experts on staff include education professionals, short- and long-term planners, accreditation managers, graphic designers, exhibit organizers, writers, web-based trainers, and more.
 

 

Our team of experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated association management professionals offers your organization industry-leading expertise in such areas as strategic planning, financial administration and budget preparation, membership development and maintenance, database management, meeting/conference planning, desktop publishing and graphic design, and website hosting and design.  This in-house expertise, along with leveraged buying power, makes us a very cost-effective option and efficient solution for your association.
