At Association Resources, we fly under the radar.  We are also your headquarters and we make sure that all of our staff put you first.  

 

Not only do we answer the phone with the name of your association or society, along with providing a dedicated phone line, local mailing address and mail permit, we also have a vast array of computer networks, software (including a fully functional database) and cross-platform capabilities branded with your name and identity, including emails from staff members.  Our administrators respond to hard-copy correspondence within one business day, and phone and email messages the same day. 

 

AR also: 

 

•  Maintains an inventory of your stationery. 

 

•  Offers record-retention and archiving.

 

•  Operates the most up-to-date office equipment and

   computers.

 

•  Provides a daily back-up of all electronic files, and

  disaster prevention your files and records are secure and

  protected.

 

At AR, we also recognize the importance of complete and accurate information.  We take special pride in our database software, which was designed specifically for association management and customized to meet your needs.  Avectra net FORUM Enterprise Suite is an association management software platform that supports a wide variety of client needs and allows substantial flexibility in sorting and manipulating membership data.  In order to maximize productivity, it is available to all of our staff.  One of our primary goals is to ensure database consistency and the delivery of accurate information to our clients and their members.
